Wouldn’t it be wonderful to ask the LORD, ‘Open my eyes that I may see the power of Your Kingdom around me!,’ and have everything opened so you could see that power at work behind the scenes? Then Elisha prayed: “O Lord, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the Lord opened the eyes of the servant, and he saw; the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 2 Kings 6:17 Wouldn’t it be wonderful to ask and see? I'd go around all day asking about what He was up to in my life and in my husband’s life, and especially in the lives of our children and grandbabies. Wouldn't you ask? How amazing would that be? What would it take to have that kind of relationship with God? Last week we talked about having our own holy ground, a special, quiet space in our home for our devotionals and prayer. This week we are going to look at Part II. There are some things to keep in mind when choosing your space. Remember you are looking for an area where quiet and privacy can be available. When you choose a possible spot, ask yourself the following:
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to ask the LORD open my eyes and know you will see? There’s only one way to create that potential. You need a Divine relationship. Finding and creating that holy ground, where you and the Lord can share quiet, holy time together is key, because in this space you will learn to see His power at work! ~ Andi
